About the Author:
My name is Samantha Wells and I am a Nutritionist, and Life Coach. I am 43 years old, I have a husband and 3 kids (2 girls and a boy). I live in New York, New York, and have seen it all. I have spent the last 20 years of my life realizing all of the mistakes people are making in their lives when in comes to diet, and love, and I have made it my goal to help as many of them as possible. My husband and I are as much in love today as we were the day we married 23 years ago. We have made many sacrifices that have made us stronger, and I use our story to help teach people what it is like to fall in love and stay in love. I find that the biggest issue people have is not loving themselves enough to be able to be a full partner in a relationship. After all of my research I decided to take my writing down two paths: diet and nutrition (teaching people how to love themselves), and love and marriage (teaching them how to stay in love once they love themselves).
